Dr. Joshua Roller
Dr. Josh Roller is a board-certified general surgeon and founder of the Roller practices. Fellowship-trained at Duke University Medical Center, he was the first fellowship-trained advanced laparoscopic surgeon in Arkansas and has introduced numerous minimally invasive procedures to Northwest Arkansas.

Fellowship-Trained Expertise in Minimally Invasive and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery
Joshua E. Roller, MD is a board-certified general surgeon and the founder of the Roller practices in Northwest Arkansas. He completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgery at Duke University Medical Center and was the first fellowship-trained advanced laparoscopic surgeon in the state of Arkansas.
Dr. Roller has performed a number of laparoscopic procedures that had never previously been done in Northwest Arkansas, including totally laparoscopic pancreas, rectal, bile duct, and gastric operations. His general surgery experience includes colon and rectal resection, gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, Nissen fundoplication, adrenalectomy, splenectomy, and pancreatectomy.
He believes the minimally invasive approach serves patients best, with less pain, shorter hospital stays, lower infection rates, and a faster return to daily life.

Dr. Kristin Roller
Dr. Kristin Roller is a board-certified family medicine physician who co-founded the Roller practices in 2009. She performs comprehensive medical evaluations to prepare patients for surgery and oversees the long-term follow-up care that supports lasting results.

Kristin R. Roller, MD is board certified in family medicine and co-founded the Roller practices alongside her husband, Dr. Joshua Roller, in 2009.
Dr. Roller performs thorough medical evaluations to help ensure patients are well prepared before surgery, and she oversees long-term follow-up care afterward. Her focus on the whole patient, including nutrition, activity, and the management of related medical conditions, supports safer procedures and better long-term outcomes.
She takes particular satisfaction in watching patients regain abilities they had lost as their health improves and medical problems resolve.

Dr. Jason Hurt
Dr. Jason Hurt is a board-certified OB/GYN and urogynecologist specializing in female pelvic medicine and pelvic floor reconstruction. With more than 2,000 minimally invasive robotic surgeries performed, he is among the most experienced urogynecologic surgeons in Northwest Arkansas.

Jason Hurt, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN and board-certified urogynecologist specializing in female pelvic medicine, minimally invasive surgery, and pelvic floor reconstruction. With more than 2,000 minimally invasive robotic surgeries performed, he is among the most experienced urogynecologic surgeons in Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Hurt treats pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, fibroids, and other gynecologic conditions using advanced robotic-assisted technology, including the da Vinci® Surgical System. His approach pairs surgical expertise with compassionate care focused on helping women regain comfort and confidence.
Outside of work, Dr. Hurt enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with his family.
